Who I Am?
I’m Richard Erschik. I spent 22 years as a founder, president, and CEO of an international marketing services company in the trade show industry, generated more than $10 million in sales, and went on to train over 45,000 professionals worldwide. I’ve walked in your shoes and sat in your chair. I know what it’s like to make payroll, lead people through change, and not have time for anything that doesn’t move the needle.
That was all back then. Now, at 80 , I taught myself AI — Not because someone told me to. But because I saw how it could have helped my company and wanted to understand it before I started teaching it to others.
Today I work with CEOs and senior managers — personally here in Southwest Florida, and virtually with companies around the world — and I give them something most AI conversations and presentations never deliver: plain English, practical examples, and clarity with zero tech jargon.
